Whack A Mole Activism

The ruling class have us constantly scrambling, in a frenzy, panicked and overwhelmed, confronted by one crisis after another. The reaction by our end of the political spectrum has been short-sighted and fragmented. Disoriented and exhausted by the sheer number of crises being created, we’re never able to mount a unified, comprehensive, coherent counterattack. We work hard but our energies are scattered. We end up with what I call Whack A Mole activism. How then do we stop playing this game? We unplug it, take it out back, then take a sledgehammer to it. We destroy the machine! There is no other choice. Continue reading

Bird Dogging

Bird dogging has nothing to do with dogs hunting birds or birds hunting dogs. It’s basically in-person harassment, pursuit of an individual “with dogged determination”, and is commonly used against politicians who are being outed by their opponents or the media, for dramatic effect. Continue reading

Public Shaming

If our current congressman can’t step up to the plate and play their very best game for the home team, they should be shamed, booed, reviled, scorned, humiliated, burned in effigy! Let them stew in the cauldron of the bad publicity they heap on themselves, then rot in a big foul steaming pile of their own wickedness, after we haul the garbage to the dump! They have no shame of their own, so we need to bring shame to bear down on them ourselves, exposing their deceptions and treachery. Then they will be confronted with a stark choice: they either start listening to the public they now arrogantly ignore or consign themselves to oblivion. Continue reading

Dealing With A Serial Liar

Serial killers and career politicians are very similar. They both have us at their mercy. They both have the power of life and death over us. They don’t play by the same rules as you and I. They are ruthlessly amoral. There is only one way to deal with a serial killer. There is only one way to deal with lying politicians. They must be taken out of circulation. They must be isolated so they can never inflict abuse and suffering on others ever again. Continue reading

Peace Dividend Candidates

If we really want our money back; if we want the endless wars to stop; if we want to see our country become strong, safe, solvent; if we want to reverse the barbarous, self-destructive militarization of our country and the world; if we want to end the slaughter of thousands of innocent people across the globe and be respected again as a country that promotes peace and harmony, then we only vote for candidates who sign the Peace Dividend Refund candidate contract. No compromise. No equivocation. No negotiation. No fear. Continue reading

Line of Succession: Just when you thought it was safe to . . .

Trump is an easy target. But impeaching him accomplishes nothing. It merely sets up month-after-month, year-after-year of more impeachment hearings. What Trump represents will not go away just because he does. Regime change in Congress is the only option and the only viable place to focus our time, energy and creativity. There are 33 Senate seats and 435 House seats up for grabs in the 2018 election. That’s where our power resides. That’s how we mount a real revolution and turn back the tide of corporate totalitarianism. Continue reading

Warren Buffett or Jimmy Buffett?

The Warren Buffett Rule for reforming Congress is a nice idea. In fact, it’s a great idea! But it suffers from one fatal flaw. It would have to be passed by Congress. And as the record clearly shows, our current Congress will do nothing for everyday citizens. They are 100% loyal to, in fact owned by, the rich and powerful. Until we replace 95% of those currently in our legislative bodies, we can kiss good-bye any hope of getting anything done which will benefit the vast majority of us. We need to stop kidding ourselves and get to work: Regime change in Washington DC! Continue reading

What? Are You Crazy?

What was crazy last year sometimes becomes the new normal this year. That is the source for hope that the citizens of the U.S. can get their country back on track to serve the interests of all Americans, not just the rich and powerful. Failure is guaranteed if we don’t keep our minds open to new ideas and fresh narratives. This coming year, with the inevitable crash of the economy and even more wars, we will face unprecedented challenges. Desperate times call for desperate measures. Continue reading

Is this really happening?

Anyone out there who is running for the Senate or the House, anyone out there who knows someone who is running for the Senate or the House, or anyone out there who knows what the Senate and the House of Representatives do . . . please look at my new activist website: http://no-contract-no-vote.us Continue reading

Candidate Contracts: Replacing Bad Brains With Good Brains

The brains of our elected officials, the monsters who roam the two legislative bodies of our government, the Senate and the House of Representatives, have been corrupted by money, effectively destroyed, are now lacking the capacity to fulfill their constitutional mandate. They no longer are controlled by the citizens who elected them to office. These bad brains now are exclusively the lapdogs of the rich and powerful. We must replace the bad brains. Continue reading
