VIDEO BLOG: Trust No Incumbent
The bribery and blackmail has destroyed any semblance of representative government in contemporary America. We have learned our lesson. The faith both in our democratic system and the politicians we entrusted with the future of our nation and the quality of our lives was misplaced. The system has been corrupted by money and the trustworthiness of our “representatives” in public office been sabotaged. No more apologies. No more excuses. No more bullshit. Trust no incumbent! Continue reading

Pledge: Medicare
Every version of the Ryan budget bill has represented a direct attack on Medicare. Any congressman who supports it is attempting to undermine an efficient program which has provided for the medical needs of millions of Americans. Such treachery must at all costs be confronted and stopped. Continue reading

Pledge: Social Security
This pledge should be presented to any congressman running for re-election this November, who recently voted for what has been termed the Ryan budget. A vote in favor of this horrifying piece of legislation amounts to a war cry for more military aggression and an attack on social security as we now know it. Continue reading

Debtor’s Prison
To live in a country which has borrowed up to its eyebrows to build bombs and promote war is incarceration at its worst. It is living in the confines of a shameful and ruinous nightmare, a jail of bankrupting tyranny. We truly live in a debtor’s prison. Continue reading

Really Bad Television
The whole debt ceiling debacle was a really bad made-for-TV drama. The show should have been immediately canceled. It never should have aired in the first place. Continue reading

You Don’t Use A Microscope To Find The Cow That’s Left The Barn
In the two weeks Congress recently bickered over $61 billion in budget cuts, the country has borrowed three times that just to keep afloat. It’s time to get our national priorities straight and put our financial house in order. Continue reading
