Ajamu Baraka is most famously known as the vice-presidential candidate in Jill Stein’s bid for the White House in the 2016 presidential race. But that is far exceeded in importance by his work as a peace activist. Continue reading

Peter Kuznick Interview (Video): An Objective Look at U.S. Foreign Policy

Here I interview Professor Peter Kuznick of American University for his views on the current state of U.S. foreign policy. Another 5-Star Review: Blinders Keepers

Just got another 5-star review for “Blinders Keepers”, posted all over the book-o-sphere. Specific incidents aside, as whacky and outrageously funny as it apparently is, I think it’s astonishing how well it captures the absurdity and circus-like environment of our current politics. The Trajectory of U.S. Foreign Policy

There is nothing in the historical record of the last 100 years which offers any hope that the constant beating of the war drums will magically stop. That the trajectory of imperial conquest, and all the misadventures and war crimes which follow from that, will spontaneously reverse. Our only hope is removing the power-drunk lunatics now pushing us toward WWIII from decision making positions, i.e. regime change in Washington DC. Continue reading

Yes, I’ve come up with a new punctuation mark! And without intending to blow my horn, bring undeserved attention to my genius, or capitalize on your gullibility as a reader of my articles, I’d like to say unequivocally that this innovative punctuation mark completely and thoroughly sums up the current mood of a huge segment of the people living on the planet. “Daddy is a drunk!”

I’ve spent at least ten years talking about “regime change in Washington DC”, trying to explain exactly what that entails, and why it’s necessary for the survival of our nation. Daddy is a drunk! It’s an allegory. Continue reading

War is over if . . .

John Lennon was idealistic and inspiring. Personally, I appreciate Lennon’s genius most listening to the background vocals of his beautiful Christmas ode, “Happy Xmas”. But is it true? “War is over if you want it!” Hmm. Don’t think so, folks. Continue reading
