Pledge: Medicare
Every version of the Ryan budget bill has represented a direct attack on Medicare. Any congressman who supports it is attempting to undermine an efficient program which has provided for the medical needs of millions of Americans. Such treachery must at all costs be confronted and stopped. Continue reading

Pledge: Social Security
This pledge should be presented to any congressman running for re-election this November, who recently voted for what has been termed the Ryan budget. A vote in favor of this horrifying piece of legislation amounts to a war cry for more military aggression and an attack on social security as we now know it. Continue reading

Gridlock or Lockstep?
We may be down but we’re not out. Over the next couple weeks, follow a plan that will take any incumbent down who insists that his rich friends with the big check books are more important than you and I. Continue reading

Trust No Incumbent!
The bribery and blackmail has destroyed any semblance of representative government in contemporary America. We have learned our lesson. The faith both in our democratic system and the politicians we entrusted with the future of our nation and the quality of our lives was misplaced. The system has been corrupted by money and the trustworthiness of our “representatives” in public office been sabotaged. No more apologies. No more excuses. No more bullshit. Trust no incumbent! You Don’t Use A Microscope To Find The Cow That’s Left The Barn
In the two weeks Congress recently bickered over $61 billion in budget cuts, the country has borrowed three times that just to keep afloat. It’s time to get our national priorities straight and put our financial house in order. Continue reading

Is President Obama Under House Arrest?
What is going on now in Wisconsin is an inspiring display of good, patriotic Americans demanding that the vampirish bloodletting of the American economy by the corporate elite be stopped and the viability of the middle class be restored. Continue reading

The Day That Changed The World
The coming election will change nothing. The wars will go on. The plundering of our national wealth will continue. The waste of our valuable talents and energies through unemployment and underemployment will march forward. Social Security and Medicare will be chipped away until sometime in the future they are hollowed out and meaningless. The rich will get richer and most of us will be grateful for the few scraps we get. But we CAN change the world. Continue reading →
